These are high-performance sewing systems designed for closing open-mouth bags made of paper, woven polypropylene, and jute. Built with a compact yet durable design, these sewing heads deliver smooth operation with low noise and minimal vibration, making them ideal for industrial bag closing applications.

Model 9000 is a standard plain sew head that produces a secure two-thread, double-locked stitch (Federal Type 401). It is suitable for general bag closing and operates at a speed range of 25 to 80 feet per minute with 2 to 4 stitches per inch.

Model 9002 is a tape sew head designed to close bags using crepe tape along with the stitch, providing a stronger and more finished appearance. It runs at adjustable speeds between 35 and 55 feet per minute, with a standard 2.5 stitches per inch, and accommodates tape widths from 1.25 to 2.5 inches.

Both models feature a pressurized self-lubrication system that reduces maintenance and extends machine life.
